Emme, HeartStone Healing Therapies teaches a mellow yoga basics class designed to gently wake up and stretch the whole body in a mindful, easy and fun way! The poses in this class are appropriate for those who want a slower paced, well-supported and nurturing practice. Emme is teaching 09/15 and 09/29.
